I find that most of the people I meet in Columbus are from somewhere other than here. By contrast, I am a Columbus native and have lived here all of my life save a short stint in the mountains of Colorado. I have watched Columbus transform itself from what used to be known as “Cowtown”, to a major city with a thriving economy. I live on the outskirts of Dublin which is known for the Jack Nicklaus Memorial Tournament and among the most affluent communities in the state. Lex Wexner of The Limited has transformed the entire New Albany area to a major home buying destination. The list goes on, but i will only add that I am an Ohio State graduate and bleed Scarlet and Gray.
In my professional life, I bring a diverse business background including senior management positions in the electronic security and background screening industries, I have spent the past twelve years in the housing industry with a focus in lending. The transition to real estate sales began a little over a year ago and my knowledge and experience in lending has allowed me to successfully leverage that into structuring transactions that work for Buyers and Sellers alike. Joining the Capitol Ohio Sales Team will allow me to expand my reach to a variety of clients and to help others on our team with any lending obstacles they may encounter in their transactions. It is a great fit for me and I am excited to be working with Tim and the group he has assembled. This August, I will be married for forty years, all with the same woman! We have two grown children, both will professional careers. And we are blessed with three grandchildren, ages 2,2 and 5. I look forward to meeting team members from other cities and contributing in whatever way I can.
