Kenneth Cornell, or K.C. as most people call me. I rejoined the Keller Williams Family as a REALTOR with KW of Greater Columbus & part of the Capitol Ohio Sales Team. My other company, Cornell Consulting Real Estate & Development, focuses on investment property as a contractor & developer. I have combined these passions since 2018. I have brought multiple properties back to life with my design & construction expertise. I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years & then medical sales before finding my true calling in real estate.

I feel that real estate is a personal business built on relationships, helping clients with the biggest decision of their lives. He is always looking for the next project & next client looking for their next or forever home. Much of my business will be from my extensive network of clients of buyers & sellers. With expertise in renovation & investment property I will be working with investors looking for new projects or investment properties. A target of my business will be working with first time buyers & an initiative for affordable housing in Columbus & surrounding area. The focus is to make home ownership available for all.

I have lived in Powell for 17 years with his wife of 29 years and our son, who is attending The Ohio State University. I also enjoy my other passion & parttime career as an OSU Football Usher. You can find me in the student section, building future clients one game at a time.
